School Meals
Sunshine Infant and Nursery School operates a full catering service run by Shires Services (Shropshire Council). The food is freshly prepared and cooked on site.
Government legislation entitles ALL children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 to a FREE meal (Universal Free School Meals).
Allergens and Intolerances
We support Shire Services in arranging meetings (either face-to-face or via phone/Teams) with parents of children with food allergies or intolerances so that we can agree on the most appropriate menus for them to follow.
Diabetes
If your child has diabetes and you need a meeting to discuss your child's individual requirements, please contact the school catering manager.
